Step 1:  Restaurant Sign UP:

Step 2: Send Teamviewer to Supermenu POS to enable IHD in the POS

Step 3:  Send Restaurant ID to IHD

Step 4: Set Up delivery Fees, Online or Phone Order Settings, Training

Step 5: Do test orders.

Step 6. Go Live

The following are sample delivery fees:

Skipcart:
$4.99 0-5 miles
$1.00 per mile after 5

Routemasters:
0 - 3 miles - $5.49
3 - 4.5 miles - $6.49
4.5 - 7.5 miles $7.49
7.5 - 10 miles - $9.49

DoorDash: 

0 – 5 miles $7.00 for non-CA states

Uber:

0 – 2 miles: $5.99

2 – 4 miles: $6.50

4 – 6 miles: $7.50

6 – 8 miles: $8.99

8 – 10 miles: $10.50

InhouseDelivery:  (InhouseDelivery Video)

• No monthly minimums
• No fee if you use your own driver
• Inhouse delivery fee: $1.25 per delivery. Only when we use the on-demand fleet. Billed weekly
• Cost of the driver as noted above is a pass through to the merchant.
