Online Ordering Set Up

1. Set Up ID and Online Password

On the POS, Go to the Back Office on the Main Screen
Go to Online Set Up
Click on Enter Online Password and type in your manager PIN number (default is 8888)
Enter the ID and password (get the ID and password from Supermenu, or set it up on the reseller portal, Click on Online Order Password link to set it up)
Check Make this station as Online Monitor
Click on save

2. Set Up Online Ordering Credit Card with USAEpay Gateway

Download and run supermenupos.com/usaepaynew8.exe

Go to Back office on the Main Screen

Go to Restaurant Set Up

Click on Credit Set Up

Enter the USAEpay Key into the password field

Enter the USAEpay password into the Online Key field

Processor is PAX

Check Use Gateway for Online Orders checkbox

Enter the PIN (get it from the reseller portal)

Click on save

3. Set Up Online Ordering Credit Card with Bridgepay Gateway

1. Go to Back Office
2. Go to Restaurant Set Up
3. Click on Credit Set Up
4. Enter credit server host as https://gateway.itstgate.com/SmartPayments/transact.asmx/ProcessCreditCard?
5. enter the merchant ID
6. enter the password
7. Do not change the processor
8. enter the PIN (get it from the reseller portal)
9. check Use Gateway for Online Orders
10. Save
